It's been a while. How've you been? Do you come here often?

It's actually been a good couple of weeks since I last made an entry - although I have written a few little notes and replies to people. I have had a very good reason, though.

The week before last, I had lots of work to do to make sure I was all up to date before last week, which I spent on holiday. In fact, more than a holiday, it was my honeymoon.

And, god, it was good.

Anyway, I'm back at work now. Which is okay. Our next holiday at the end of July - South West France, near Bordeaux - is booked (we actually travel on my birthday) and I'm really looking forward to that one.


I've got other things to talk about (house hunting, for example) but I'm going to leave that to another post as I should probably get on and do some more work.

(By the way, can I just say I've never actually seen an episode of The Honeymooners. But the subject line just came to me and I failed utterly to think of anything else. So there you go.)

ETA: I do have several photos, both of the honeymoon in general and of the make up I had done. I just haven't managed to get around to uploading them to Flickr yet. I'm going to try and do it this evening and then I'll do another post with pictures.

It's been a couple of weeks since updating this thing, so I've got quite a bit to talk about.
